SSDP Bradford is a newly formed chapter based at the University of Bradford.
Students for a Sensible Drug Policy will be a welcome voice in Bradford, which has a few problems with drug-related gang violence and urban poverty. Drug abuse is often used as political rhetoric by the facist BNP to incite their particular brand of xenophobia, something that Bradford SSDP wishes to challenge.
In the coming year, we will be focusing on campaigning for de-facto decriminalisation in West Yorkshire, and for exemptions for the smoking ban in Bradfords Shisha bars.
